- Add GECKO_LOG_PATH to config file

When a user submit a file to create or update annual areas or accessions
and there is unknown headers, the message alert the user on the fact

Calculate annual area multiplied deployment values according to variety

The annual areas' multiplied deployment values are now calculated from
variety repartitions' deployment values.
